In Paris, I visited the Delacroix atelier, in Furstemberg place.
Watercolor about 30x21cm. sketch, 15mn.
In April, I did a travel a week long in Corsica, near L'Île Rousse. I painted some landscapes with watercolor in a small A4 sketch book that I've done myself, as described in my previous blog post Travel by bike. These watercolors are about 21x30cm and took about 1 hour each. I also draw quick sketches with a fineliner-pen, about 15x21cm and about 10' each of them. I first went in Algojola.
Then, I went to Porto, in the natural park:
During holidays, I visited la Chapelle en Vercors and did hiking. In the center of the village, there is a memorial named la cour des fusillés where I painted this watercolor:
Watercolors, about 21x30cm.
Today is the first day of the winter, I did a small travel in my town and I painted a view of the Paul Mistral park in Grenoble:
Acrylic, 50x65cm.
I did a two weeks long travel in Québec where I painted on the spot in a small A4 watercolor sketch book that I've done myself, as described in my previous blog post Travel by bike. I also did some sketches with a fineliner-pen. I stayed one week in Montréal where I admired the staircases in front of the houses.
I also went to the Jean Talon market and sketched Hazel, 18 months old, my little-stepdaughter while she was trying on my wife’s sandals.
I also visited Kamouraska.
